Stall fees are in the following categories:

Produce: such as fruit & veggies, cold meats, dairy, eggs, bread.

Specialist products cold.

Specialist products hot.

Specialist products non-food.

Power 10AMP and 15AMP is also available

trading hours

We trade the first and third Sunday of every month from 9am to 1pm in the front grounds of Mungo Scott building in Summer Hill.

Bump in occurs between 8am and 9am, while bump out is from 1pm to 2pm.

Parking can be provided.

 
 
 
 

what can I sell

If you grow or make incredible food, eco-sustainable wares, awesome art, or super-cool clothing, we want to hear from you.

set up & install

All vendors are required to supply:

Marquee (varying sizes but normally a 3x3).

Tables.

Branding & any other materials required for set up.

All vendors will need to supply their own weights to minimise risk no matter the weather.

 
 
 
 

insurances

If you don’t already have your own Public Liability insurance, don’t worry, you can jump on ours for an additional $10.

For food traders, you will need to have a ‘Council Temporary Food Stall Permit’ and a ‘NSWFA Certificate’.

permanent stalls

If you’re a permanent weekly stall-holder we will provide you a regular location with easy load & unload access and a dedicated parking spot.

 
 
 
 

rubbish

For anything else vendors will need to remove their own rubbish and leave the area as they found it.

wet weather

Unfortunately we are an outdoor market and as such we say if its raining bring a brolly, but for those REALLY rainy days we will issue advise in the lead up on possible cancellations.
