Our market began as the dream of four local inner west residents, who wanted somewhere to purchase delicious, high-quality produce, delicious food and incredible products each week,  provided by local makers.

As the owner’s of the Flour Mill Market Summer Hill, we believe that the key to quality is in being able to engage in the food journey with the producer.

Our mission is to host a fortnightly sustainable and environmentally friendly market to serve the needs of the Summer Hill community and Sydney's Inner West reconnecting consumers with the farmers, producers and artisan makers.
